Cancellation Policy
We understand that unanticipated events happen occasionally in everyone’s life. In our desire to be effective and fair to all clients, the following policies are enforced:

2-days Advance Notice is required when canceling an appointment. This allows the opportunity for someone on the waiting list to schedule an appointment. You will receive a confirmation text 2 days from your appointment date.  This is your opportunity to cancel without penalty. 
 
If you are unable to honor this 2-day advance notice, you will be charged a cancellation fee of 100% of the cost of the session you booked. (Example: 60min session $100, 90min $130 & 2-hour $150).
 
An invoice will be emailed to you, and you can pay online. This fee is due prior to making a new appointment. Thank you for understanding the impact last minute cancellations have on the success of my business.

No-shows
Anyone who either forgets or consciously chooses to forgo their appointment for whatever reason and does not communicate prior to their appointment time will be considered a “no-show,” and not be able to schedule going forward.

Late Arrivals
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened in order to accommodate others whose appointments follow yours. Depending upon how late you arrive, a determination will be made of whether there is enough time remaining to start your treatment. Regardless of the length of the treatment actually given, you will be responsible for the “full” session cost of the appointment originally booked. Out of respect and consideration to your therapist and other customers, please plan accordingly and be on time.
