Life in Touch brings you a comprehensive mind - body - spirit approach to wellness.  Together, we will design a wellness program to meet the needs of your company or organization. A variety of Lunch and Learn workshops on healthy habits, self care and time & stress management are available.  Workshops are often paired with chair, table or Reflexology events.  Group guided meditation, sound therapy and Qigong classes are also available.

Chair massage events are a terrific way to add value for your employees and serve as a company benefit.  Many insurance companies offer incentives for any activities that promote better health for insured staff.  Events are a minimum of two hours, and cost $120 per hour per therapist.  These events are great for annual employee health fairs, special appreciation days and regular weekly or monthly visits.  Discounted quotes for weekly & monthly events will be provided, as requested.
